1 Mins read

The Circle Foundation has hosted a very timely event on climate change to promote the COP26 and cooperation between Turkey and the UK on climate action. The purpose of this webinar is both to promote the COP26 in Turkey and to create awareness and agenda-setting for steps needed to drive climate action and how Turkey and the UK can work on the development of low carbon projects and identify future financing options. In the session we have discussed the issues such as what would be needed to achieve a successful outcome at COP26? And what would a successful outcome be in COP26? How successful is the UK’s COP26 presidency in leading an international response to the climate action in the run up to the summit? How likely is Turkey going to make up to the targets and what are the challenges they are facing?
